MAKE SURE YOU PUT YOUR PERSONALIZATION IN THE CUSTOMIZATION BOX. PLEASE BE SPECIFIC AS POSSIBLE. Choose from the font options (1-10) on the LAST picture AND spell out the name/monogram you want on it... Monograms need to be in the order you want them (ie first LAST middle) or completely spelled out. Without this information, I cannot process your order and will automatically cancel PER HHH POLICIES. (If you are unsure, please use the website chat feature for any questions.)

PLEASE NOTE THAT NOT ALL TUMBLERS WILL HAVE THE SILVER BAND AT THE BOTTOM! Engraving on each tumbler will be the underlying stainless-steel color.
If you want a custom design, you MUST email me (haylinnshoopla@gmail.com) a single color svg file no bigger than 3.25" x 3.25" AFTER your purchase is made with your order number. If the file sent is incorrect, you will be charged an additional $6 per design which MUST be paid before corrections are started.
